This Privacy Policy describes how Professional Networking Group ("PNG," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information through pngrecruiting.com and the recruiting services connected with this website.
It applies to candidates, prospective candidates, hiring partners, client contacts, and other visitors who interact with us. It does not control how a client, prospective employer, or third-party website handles information after receiving it under its own privacy practices.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Professional and application information, including your resume, work history, experience, role interests, and anything you include in an application.
- Hiring and business inquiry details, such as the roles, services, or support you are seeking.
- Communications you send to us and information used to administer authorized access to the site.
Information collected through use
Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
The site uses browser storage for limited functions, including displaying job information and maintaining an authorized admin session. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking on this site.
Please limit sensitive information
Resumes can contain more information than we need. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account information, medical information, or other highly sensitive data unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries from candidates and hiring partners.
- Evaluate qualifications, interests, and potential fit for open or future roles.

- Recruiting clients and prospective employers. If you apply for or ask to be considered for a role, we may share relevant application materials with the organization hiring for that role or with another organization connected to the opportunities you asked us to consider.
- Service providers. We may use providers that support website hosting, file storage, email delivery, security, and other business operations. They may process information on our behalf to provide those services.
- Legal, safety, and compliance purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or address security concerns.
- Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

PNG does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

The retention period depends on the type of information, the nature and duration of our relationship, whether you ask us to delete it, the sensitivity of the information, and applicable legal or operational requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access to it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information.
- Provide a portable copy of certain information.
- Limit or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Honor an authorized agent or allow an appeal when required by applicable law.
Some privacy laws also provide rights to opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising. PNG does not currently engage in those activities.
